At the start of 2019, FMS began working with a provider of web-based shipping solutions, providing FM services to their location in Marlow UK.
The client was keen to improve the working environment for their team and a schedule of works were agreed for FMS to undertake a number of upgrades to the location over the course of the year.
The Office was completely redecorated and new carpets fitted.
In keeping with the drive to reduce their environmental impact, new LED lighting was installed throughout the property.
The client also invested in electric vehicles and FMS installed EV charging stations to support this.
The programme of works also included creating a new outside decked seating area for socialising and informal meetings.
The Reception area contained a large aquarium and this had suffered from a number of issues. As part of the refurbishment programme a new tank was installed
to provide a new home for Nemo and his friends.
