As we look after more properties in multiple geographies and locations, it is so important to ensure that consistent service delivery is maintained and a seamless and efficient service is provided to our clients.
With this in mind, FMS has recently invested in Upkeep, a cloud based software solution for managing all planned and reactive works at our client locations.
Upkeep is a great system, one of the top CMMS systems available, simple to use for both the work requestors and the FM team, giving detailed feedback to the customer on service delivery and performance.
Customers can see live updates on status of work requests, fault reporting and any other FM activities and all via their laptop, mobile or Ipad.
Our team of suppliers and service providers can have the same visibility and this helps to ensure an efficient service and faster completion of work requests.
We are excited about introducing this at all of our client locations.
